Where in Spain are tapas free with your drink?
In Granada many bars give a free tapa with every drink, and in León too it still comes free; in most of Spain the tapa is ordered and paid for. In the Basque Country they are called pintxos, served on bread with a cocktail stick and paid per piece: the waiter counts the sticks at the end.
