What is the difference between a cafecito, cortadito and colada in Cuba?
A cafecito is a small coffee, a cortadito has a drop of milk, and a colada is a big shot with small plastic cups to share between four or five people. The sugar goes in first, beaten with the first drops of coffee into the espumita; without the foam it is not Cuban coffee.
